These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of petrapublications.org (the "Site"), operated by Petra Moore LLC, doing business as Petra Publications ("Petra Publications," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About the Site

Petra Publications publishes Reformed and Puritan-focused book reviews, essays, videos, and related content, free of charge. Some content (Bibliofiles) is free for everyone. The Site also offers ways to financially support the ministry (Donate page) and a Store for merchandise and digital downloads.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, all written content, video content, graphics, and logos on the Site are the property of Petra Publications or its contributors and are protected by copyright. You may share links to our content and quote brief excerpts with attribution, but you may not republish, redistribute, or sell our content without our prior written permission.

Book titles, cover images, and quoted excerpts from reviewed books remain the property of their respective publishers and authors, and are used here under fair use for commentary, criticism, and review purposes.

Affiliate disclosure

As an Amazon Associate, Petra Publications earns from qualifying purchases made through Amazon links on the Site, at no additional cost to you. We only link to books and products we believe are genuinely worth recommending.

Donations

Donations made through the Donate page are processed by Stripe and are voluntary gifts to support Petra Publications' ministry. Donations are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion. Monthly giving subscriptions can be canceled at any time by contacting us or through the link provided in your payment confirmation email.

Store purchases

Apparel and physical merchandise are fulfilled by Printful; production, shipping, and return policies for those items are governed by Printful's own terms. Digital items (such as sheet music or downloadable resources) are delivered electronically after payment and, because of their instant-delivery nature, are generally non-refundable once delivered.

Third-party links and embedded content

The Site links to and embeds content from third-party services, including YouTube, Instagram, Discord, Spotify, and Amazon. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third-party services. Use of those services is subject to their own terms.

Doctrinal and editorial views

Petra Publications is a Reformed and Puritan-minded ministry. Views expressed in guest articles, interviews, or reviews are those of the individual author or speaker and do not necessarily represent an official position of Petra Publications on every point. We encourage readers to test all things against Scripture.

No professional advice

Content on the Site is provided for informational, educational, and devotional purposes only. It is not a substitute for pastoral counsel, legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
